Foam Rolling to Prevent Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness

Foam Rolling to Prevent Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness

You know when you feel fine right after difficult physical activity, but then you really hurt a few days afterward? That's called Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS). Studies in Canada and Europe have found that foam rolling can decrease muscle fatigue and soreness after physical activity.

A Bottle Roller is a great way to prevent DOMS when you finish up your hike or climb and have a long car ride before you can get back to your foam roller at home.
