Hi, I'm Rachel. I first discovered Bottle Roller when recovering from an Achilles injury. I needed to foam roll my calf pretty much every day to function and get back to mountaineering. I found the Facebook page and ordered one in lava. After I recovered and started taking my Bottle Roller on adventures, a lot of people seemed seemed to like it. I thought about trying to promote it as an influencer but ended up buying the company instead!
