Great Compact Foam Roller

I bought this foam roller to go on my Hydro Flask wide mouth 32 oz bottle. It slips on and off easily with little effort. It is quite dense and bumpy, which works well for me. It is great for every body part I've tried it on. It will fold flat, allowing it to fit into my luggage on an upcoming trip. I highly recommend this foam roller.

Love it!

Brilliant idea! Lightweight, portable and does a good job rolling out the muscles post activity. Also got more as gifts for my hiking friends.

Really handy, a little tough to get on and off

I've been pretty happy with my bottle roller. I've used it on a few hut-to-hut trips to roll out my quads and calves after long days of hiking/climbing/skiing. It is a little hard to get the roller on and off at the beginning, especially with a hard plastic Nalgene, but it gets easier over time.

I made a video about how to get the Bottle Roller off the Nalgene. It's available on our public Facebook page (you do not need a Facebook account to view). https://www.facebook.com/reel/1539846910110328
